Rental costs:
- Prices: with max. 7 adults or max.6 adults and 3 children.
- Per night € 350,- up to 3 nights minimum booking is 2 nights.
- Weekend price: €700.00
- Long weekend price: €1,000.00
- Midweek price (Mon-Fri): €1,000.00
- Weekly price: €1,650.00
- From 1 January 2026, the town of Monschau will levy an accommodation tax of €2.50 per person/night for guests aged 14 and over.
- The rent includes bed linen, towels, electricity, water, heating, wifi and taxes.
- The final cleaning costs € 75,-.
- The booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 4 weeks in advance. After that 50% has to be paid.
- When booking 50% deposit and the rest is to be paid on the first day of booking.
